Description
Powered by Vanguard's How America Saves data, the Vanguard Retirement Plan Comparison Tool was built to help users put their retirement plan data into a better context and enable them to make more educated plan decisions. Answering questions such as, "Are my participants saving enough?" or "Does my plan offer a strong variety of investment options?"
Role
I had a multi-faceted role in this project. I acted as a UX design strategist and UX Design Lead on this project. I was responsible for setting the strategic objectives and delivering high-fidelity design files. I also built an HTML, CSS, and JavaScript prototype. Developers used this to understand the site's overall behavior. I also conducted user testing and tested the application on multiple devices and form factors to ensure its accuracy across various technologies.
